  • Morning everyone!

In work again today, and today's outfit is:

    - Grey pinstripe trousers (Zara)
    - Bright pink V neck jumper (Dorothy Perkins)
    - Silver ballet flats with jewels on front (New Look)
    - Electric blue trench coat (New Look) to come into the office
    - Silver initial necklace (Tiffany's)
    - Silver and diamond ring (Hot Diamonds)
    - Silver watch (Storm)
    - Silver bracelet with pearl and black jewel beads (graduation present)
    - Silver and amber earrings (birthday present)
    - Brown leather bag (birthday present)

I'm here until half five, then off to the gym and home to job hunt - I found an amazing job on NHS Jobs which I'm going to applied to and seriously hope I get an interview for, because I know I could do it really well.

    Have a good day everyone!

    Afternoon all!

The sun's kinda shiny and it's warm and dry. Been to hydrotherapy this morning followed by a shopping spree around the market and charity shops with Mum. We've got a boozefest planned for this evening so a power nap on the settee will be the order of the day with a fab Bollywood movie playing in the background.

    At the moment I'm wearing:

White strapless baby-doll top with ethnic embroidery (sample sale £2)
Vintage faded denim flared jeans (£1 car boot)
Indigo denim waistcoat with racer back (New Look sale last year £3)
TopShop cherry red leather peep-toe platform wedges (2 years old and bought with vouchers so free to me)
Bronze leaf pendant on leather thong (£2 TopShop)
Bronze hoop earrings with coins (25p Indian market)
Stacks of wood, turquoise and silver bangles
Indian silver and turquoise tribal rings
Russell and Bromley tan leather studded despatch bag (50p jumble sale)

Have a great friday night, my virtual friends!

    Hi all!

Quick question...am going on a clothes shop when I get paid on 25th...so am thinking ahead!

Have lost weight recently and will lose more (am training for another marathon), but more importantly I have changed shape...

I am a size 8 but my top half is now nearer a size 6 and I have A cup boobs, legs are bit chunker but they will come down over the next few months...I wear all different sorts of things but have been a big fan of 50s style...sadly A line stuff doesnt really suit me anymore as I have a 24 inch waist and 30 inch hips...

I'll have about £150 to spend but I want stuff for autumn thats going to last a season (have loads of nice investment pieces that can wait to be updated). I work in a smart/casual office so wear the same clothes at weekends, but I'm not into fashion trending too much and I hate skinny jeans...

Anyone got any ideas what sort of stuff I should be looking for?? I keep seeing nice stuff around on other people but its mostly summer stuff...

Also I dont wear heels (except on nights out) as its bad for my achilles tendons and affects my running :p

Skinny Minnie DD1 is like you, she has just got an amazingly flattering pair of black bootcut jeans with stretch in them from Next for £20. They have just enough springyness so as to not go saggy around her legs or knees, a nice lean sillouhette and they have a slightly higher waist, so no chance of unauthorised belly views! She's wearing them with a lovely Jane Shilton graphic flower top, black with white print, kind of panelled with an elasticated gathered scoop neck.

I'm in dark brown linen trousers with brown/blue print strappy top and toning colour bracelet today. It's cool in the heat but not a get yer bits out kind of thing.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Thanks Jojo - dont mind the belly views though - every chance to show off the hard earned six pack :p

I only have one pair of jeans currently so some black ones would be good :D
    Are these them?:
