Thanks Jojo - dont mind the belly views though - every chance to show off the hard earned six pack :p

I only have one pair of jeans currently so some black ones would be good :D
    Are these them?:
    http://www.next.co.uk/shopping/women/jeans/6/2

They are indeed - and they do make the bottom look that tiny in real life - they are probably the most flattering jeans I have ever seen DD1 buy!

The thing with the belly is that I am still the mum who used to get her with raspberries at every available opportunity as a baby/toddler/small child/teenager - so the instinct to make her scream and giggle is still there,it's just a bit too embarrassing for her at her age (sigh). But I still get her occasionally...and she still screams :D
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Hola all! Just an update... I'm heading out for my friend's birthday (very MSE, we're going to La Tasca for 50% off! :)) and have sorted my outfit! Going to another friend's house with a bottle of champers (left over moving in gift, I don't randomly have bottles of champagne around the house!) to get ready so here's what I'll be wearing tonight...

Blue, yellow and green floral teadress (Zara, £25)
    Black blazer (American Apparell, £20)
Yellow waist belt (same as earlier)
Chunky brown leather wedges (New Look, £15)
    Big owl face ring
    Stack of bangles

And I've liquid-lined my eyes in black, painted my fingernails black and my toenails coral!

    Happy times! :)

    Hi everyone:)

today I'm going to be wearing

    Tight bootleg jeans - Fornarina
White sweatshirt - punkyfish, I've only worn it once before and didn't like the hood and the neck was a bit tight and claustrophobic but I read about cutting the neck/hood off on the Gok thread on here I did it last night and its great:D
    Timberland boots - classic beige

    white spy bag - Fendi

As you can probably guess the weather where I am is overcast and a bit windy, I'm going to have a stroll around the market and I hate being cold:)

    Hi folks

It's a bit overcast here. I'm off for an afternoon's shop at the Metrocentre so I'm dressed for comfort.

White linen loose fit trousers M&S £5
long line charcoal short sleeved tshirt M&S
Long fine knit black cardigan TK Maxx £7
    black MBT sandals

    Enjoy the weekend
  • Afternoon all!

Just got back from Liverpool after doing my passport application and wandering round the shops for a bit.

    Today's outfit is:

    - Purple and pink three quarter sleeve V neck jumper (Primark)
    - Blue/black jeans (Gap)
    - Grey socks with an owl on them and the words 'Having a hoot!' (Dorothy Perkins)
    - Usual jewellery

Lots of different perfumes - Nina by Nina Ricci, Chloe and Gwen Stefani Harajuku Lovers Music. I had a bit of a spree at the make up counters in John Lewis.

The rest of the day is going to be spent doing job applications and just generally chilling out.

Hope everyone's having a good day!

    Hello chums!

Been car booting this morning followed by a lazy afternoon reading the papers. A rare saturday night in for us but BBC4 is showing Woodstock: The Movie so I shall be donning my maxi dress and raising a few glasses to the summer of love.

    Today's outfit is:
Warehouse teal silk mini dress with ruffled and pin-tucked yoke (£4.99 New Life Centre)
Black leggings (freebie from a pal)
Usual Indian silver bangles and rings
Turquoise and lime green chandelier earrings (Mumbai £1)
    Multicoloured snakeprint gladiators (Matalan £12)

Have a fun saturday night!
