I suffer from it quite alot, annoyingly I seem to actually manage to worry myself sick

I am sick a lot. Thank fully it doesn't seem to upset me as much as it does other people. I'd say I'm sick ''for no reason'' of course they is a reason, and its dealt with...about twice/ times a month. Less often I am miserable with it, like last night.

I find yogurt coated crystalised ginger to be delicious, and my mother makes the most amazing ginger cake. Other wise ginger tea or biscuits (real stem ginger in the biccies, as everyone else has said).

PF just while things are being sorted for yu maybe you should try having ginger tea twice a day?

Hi all. :) Having a bit of a crappy day today so just in grey jogging bottoms, white top with roses and black and white checked flannel shirt.
It snowed here all day yesterday so i'll add some wellies, coat, scarf and gloves for dog walking.
Got a doctors appointment booked for next week, i'm scared about how it will go. Hmm.

My plan today was to photograph more for ebay and put together a bookcase from the ikea trip, only I think my mum has taken it to work with her in the car. Aaah!

    Hi Everyone,
I've just skim read throughwhat I've missed so fogive me if I leave anyone out.
Alex and Queenie, I'd love to see some smiley pictures of you both, be proud of your lovely selves!
Moonbabe, I second the ginger and peppermint for settling the nausea symptoms, however if it is down to worry I would also suggest you target the cause as well. Lavendar and chamomile (in tea or essential oils) are calming, take a nice bath with a magazine, read a book, try some meditation, small things that will help.
If it is really bad you can get anti sickness drugs from your doctor or over the counter at the phamacy and they would be able to identify a drug suitable for you.
Hope all sick people feel well soon.

    I'm wearing my
    nautical stripey floral tunic
    navy leggings
    grey slouchy boots
    long sleeve red T shirt
    Red chunky cardi
    Swallow earrings,
    Bow necklace

I'm going to do a blog today about my "rubber" chicken as I've done this outfit recently.
