I'll also recommend ginger for nausea, stem ginger biscuits to nibble are great. Sometimes I find (and this will sound weird) that putting gentle pressure on the inside of your wrist where you would find a pulse can sometimes help with nausea.

I have trouble finding shoes which fit as I have narrow heels and wide toes with a very high instep. Ankle boots are the worst, I can never seem to get them on in the first place, but pointy toed shoes come a close second.

Not even dressed up yet, have to go up the street with eBay stuff and to hand in a job application form, been sorting out eBay all morning and just realized the time!!!

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.

  • Does anyone here have wide feet? I do and struggle to find shoes that are lovely and fit. I'm eating some gorgeous dorset cereals museli! Pondering over an outfit for today..

    Hi everyone!

I too suffer from wide-feet, and also enjoyed a lovely bowl of porridge from Dorset cereals, so yummy! It was just the ticket after getting soaked on the school run.

I am going to tell you what I'm wearing today! Is it normal to be a bit upset that no-one will see it without a coat??

    - Cream cardi with lace cut-out at the top (H&M)
    - light purple vest
    - dark blue skinny jeans (NL)
    - black suede ankle boots (NL)
    - bracelet of black square stones (£1, H&M)
    - purple scarf with silver thread running through it (oasis I think)
    - little silver heart and key on a chain (Accessorize)
    - raspberry nails
    - black half-framed spectacles

I am rocking the dressed down librarian look :D

Just going to catch up with the rest of you, I hope your days are going ok. I have lost all motivation but I hoovered and decluttered a bit so that's cheered me up.

I was just thinking a nap might be a good idea, I've had my course stuff open since 10am but haven't been able to concentrate.

    Yes,
    nap for sure.
