I know I'm going to ask this and you are all going to go oh dear you...idiot! lol Anyway you know when you do a review on your bog is it because the company you are reviewing has asked you to or is it your own personal thing? Only asking cos I was thinking of doing one on mine but don't know if I'm allowed to since I haven't been asked. Scared of getting sued under copyright or something lol
Yeah told you it was dim lol
Mix of both with me now, but initially (i.e. until readership got big enough to interest companies) I was reviewing because I liked something enough to do so.
As long as you credit/source any photos you use that aren't your own, and make sure if you take any text from their website that it is credited to there, then you are fine.
I actually did do a few reviews as part of my journalism course and got sent free stuff as a result of e-mailing the company, but that was because it was a part of my course, I haven't done that for blogging
(well, I accidentally did once as was sent some lipbalms after asking where I could buy them from and forgetting to remove my blog link from my email signature!)0 -
cool thanks

Happy Valentines Day ladies

Finally starting to feel a little better now.
I wasn't that bothered about doing anything for Valentines. I agree that you should be able to show your love for each other everyday rather than it be on a day that you are told to - OH is a soppy thing though and said we were getting each other presents. So I received a lovely bunch of flowers and the height of fashion - a slanket :rotfl:
So got up this morning and headed off to the car boot - unfortunately the weather was against us, it had been raining on and off and when we got there it came down quite heavily
Usually the car boot is massive but today there wasn't many people there - roll on the good weather!
Did manage to get a few bits. Some Clinique skin care items for £2 which I'll probably sell on Ebay, a really nice boho style brown belt which I'm thinking of putting up as a giveaway prize on my blog and a pair of sunglasses.
Going out for a bite to eat with OH in a bit then probably snuggle on the sofa. We've both got tomorrow off so if the weather improves we can do something nice tomorrow
One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
FS- glad your feeling better hun0

Yay I agree that the whole day is overly commercialised, I've never been that bothered about doing anything majorly romantic, although a couple of years ago I remember being suprised by a lovely meal and hotel for the night, which was nice..
I'd prefer not to have to be dictated to as to when I should act in a romantic way though.
FS it's nice that you'll get to do something nice with your day off though
I'm getting so sleepy now, it's ridiculous, I hardly ever sleep in the day my sleep pattern's messed up enough as it is!0 -
Kiddos, have i missed much since friday/ dh hasn't yet looked at the camera for me, sorry...he decided it was valentines weekend ...not day, and in between normal stuff i'm being seriously romanced...its wonderful!
if dh doesn't look at it i'll have to have another go myself ...
i will sort it sometime before 2011, i promise....
(edit; just glanced back and you're dissing cmmercialised valentines...i sort of agree....but not while i'm being indulged....and its all...kicks you get for free here...apart from the gift i bought dh....which we would probably have got anyway)0 -
Ohh lost, do enjoy being romanced

Ugh, getting seriously fidgety about tomorrow.0
