Woop, another blog to follow :) Your hair is gorgeous!

((((lir)))) Can't you just leave the bed for DH to do when he gets home? Bed making is one of my most loathed tasks.
  • Aww thanks...I was really scared to put a pic of me on there its a big thing for me!

    Seconded, what a super colour!

Alex....I usually like bed making, just not when the bed is in a stupid corner. I could leave it, because DH is a doll and does everything and anything he can to help ...but I want to have everythng all lovely for him.

I'm just having coffee and life seems a little more worth enjoying....so after this I will...do the bed and then get some good scented candles going in the house and get everything lovely.:)

Hello all..well done on biting the blogging bullet retro -I promise to have a proper look next time I'm in front of an actual computer :)

Lost I have days like that sometimes, despite the list of things to do I just flutter around doing none of it very well. Often end up with a half loaded washing machine. Or a sink of cold water by the time I remember I ran it for the washing up!

Daisy, that dress is lovely :)

Appt went as expected I guess, feeling a bit down about things as I have to go for more scans and I hate the claustrophobic feeling of them :(

Off to a friends for lunch in an hour or so, just having a coffee at marks and sparks as I had a voucher for the cafe too! And may go for a wander round that shop my mum sent the vouchers for, to try and cheer me up a bit..

(((Char))) you should get post tomorrow,
sorry you have to go for scans, I'm not a fan either. Try not to think about them for now, and I'll virtually hold your hand when the time comes.
I hope you enjoy your lunch and wandering. Def go pay that shop a visit, you deserve a treat
  • Well I've actually got an outfit to report!
I normally just wear boring jeans and tops, but all the talk of sewing reminded me that I've still got a maxi skirt that I made in the 70s and after recent weight loss I can get into. I wouldn't dare wear it outside so it's just while I'm at home.
Black satin maxi skirt with dragons and pagodas in greens, purple, orange and yellow
Black three quarter sleeve top from Matalan
Lime green V neck blouse with cut away sleeves that I made myself and am wearing over the top as a waistcoat
