Right, enough timewasting for now..have redone my nails, conditioned hair and finished retro's brooch so far this kmorning, am now getting together the things I need to take to town, library books and boots for resoling. May even treat myself to a hot choc at starbucks later if I can stomach it after the docs.
  • morning everyone - sorry ive not been here ive been so busy with solicitors etc

Went into town yesterday - brought a pair of over the knee socks and that was it lol

I did see LOADS of things you guys would recommend and then saw their price tags and thought "ekk!"

    heres a few:

    http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&productId=1562815&langId=-1&categoryId=&parent_category_rn=

http://www.dorothyperkins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=20552&storeId=12552&categoryId=178015&parent_category_rn=88619&productId=1603675&langId=-1 (the girl had this on in the shop - i think it was this, was a tight vest thing and nshe had a plain black cardi on with it, some skinny jeans and some boots)

it might have been this one she had on . . http://www.dorothyperkins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=true&catalogId=20552&storeId=12552&categoryId=145936&parent_category_rn=88619&productId=1575058&langId=-1

There was also a salmon top with a design a the top but it isnt on the web page

I did go in primark but had to dash to make sure i got to the solicitors on time

It's my birthday in 2 weeks so hopefully i can get some new clothes then lol

Bronnie - I'd love to read that blog, get it up and running!

Mrs_Ryan - Excellent shopping for the tshirts :) Love the sound of the giant hoody as well.

daisy - let us know how it went :)

(((Shazza))) - just today to get through though.

mommyme - I'm actually wearing a very similar top to that middle one you posted (it's green and black rose print rather than pink) Feels lovely to wear so if you like the pink one, go for it.

    Today's outfit is:

    Black leggings - Evans
Green and black rose pattern hanky hem top - Dotty P
Black shrug - not sure where it's from but it's now 4 sizes too big - I was on the verge of binning it but it hangs rather nicely now so it's got a reprieve back to the wardrobe
Brown heeled brogues (prob shouldn't wear them with black leggings but meh, I don't care. Think they look quite nice with the green bits of the outfit)
String of black seed beads wrapped twice round my neck
Vintage faux emerald bracelet - was my Nana's :)

And I appear to have forgotten earrings!

  • Hello

It's lovely to read and then see what you are all wearing! I won't give you my list until I actually have something nice to wear - I have been having a peek on ebay as I can't afford full prices really! Plus I get a bit overwhelmed in the shops, and then distracted and then I just buy thing I already have.

Today I received a lovely owl necklace that I got on ebay or 99p. I love animals on accessories for some reason, it's silver colour, I love it.

Take care all, I'm off to rummage round your blogs!

Thanks, I thought it was a good buy as it goes with pretty much all my tights and shoes and cardis,
and that I deserved a treat after freezing my way to such an early appointment :p

    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm having a really ''blah'' day. Everything seems difficult and nothing s flowing smoothly. I can't even decide what to do for dh for supper. I've half loaded the washing machine an hour ago and still not got it finished loaded and on and I'm rampaging with the junk and clutter (the dog jumped off the bed this morning sending shoe boxes scattering, she's usually very dexterous and neat...its not her fault).

I have a treatment tomorrow I think is going to hurt a lot which is putting me in a bad mood. Assoon as I have something done something messes it up again...e.g. cleaned the window sill then one of the cats danced a tarantella on it with a dead mouse....yuck, so all had to be cleaned again and disinfected.

I have to strip and make the bed, which is awkwardly in a corner, making it an acrobatic feat, and my back is killing me and I don't want to.

All this considered....I'm wearing tracksuit trousers and a cardigan. Forgive me fashion, for I have sinned.
