Evening,
Daisy - your new hair looks fab.
Goan - love the playsuit
PF - I suffer from IBS, like Retro. It's worth looking into the trigger foods that can set it off and avoiding those for a bit to see if it helps. Things like too much caffeine give me terrible stabbing pains (although I will NEVER give up my lattes, just need to moderate!).
Bought some PJs in Primark today. The top is lovely - a peachy nude long sleeved T-shirt style, but the trousers are the most bizarre item I've ever bought. They're like proper clown trousers - even with the drawstring waist tied as tight as I can make it, they still fall down.
Only £3 so think I'll keep the top and look for another pair of bottoms to wear with them.
Also saw a fab jumper dress in New Look today. Black with a skulls and crossbones on (I'm a sucker for pirate style!). Might go back and try it on tomorrow...

Sharona I can get away with one cup of coffee a day and thats it...otherwise my clothes wont fit me (I can go up a dress size in minutes eating the wrong things)...its a shame I love coffee but it doesnt love me
Magpye I cant comment o your blog either hun but keeps telling me an error has occurred? Love your Dorothy shoes though and your skin is fab Im jealous!**"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."**0 -
Blimey what a bunch of chatterboxes
DB - the hair looks lovely. I think it will be very versatile too as you can scrunch it up with mousse to get some waves or straighten it, add a clip or a flower. Really suits you
I will own a pair of IC's before the end of this year it is my aim! I nly like certain ones though so am not too spoilt for choice.
Mommyme - welcome to the thread I hope you get some ideas and enjoy chatting with us all.
Boiler man has been reckons the fan and pump in the boiler need replacing whbich is going to be about £250 so not too bad after all. Got a second person coming at 8am so we'll see what they say. No matter what it looks like we are going to have no heating or hot water till the weekend
Have been mad trying to catch up with stuff all night so not had a chance to update my blog but hopefully will be able to do it tomorrowOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Aww Shazza, I know it's hard but think of it like a mini challenge? Prove to yourself it's no big deal (even if it is!). Thats my attempt at trying to help0

Saw it instore in a blue-ish grey today but love the 'prawn cocktail' (as New Look are calling it) too. Would this be a bit much on someone over 30?

Sharona, that is so pretty, I'm not sure how old is too old, it quite girly but I guess it depends on how old you look and how you style it. Are we talking 32 or 52?0

I don't think it would be too young for most TBH...the prawn would work well with smart cream trousers for an older lady. Persoanally studs aren't my thing, but the colour is beautiful0

Ah, now that would be telling!... actually 40 in a couple of years.
Think I'll try on the blue/grey one tomorrow - that way if I like it I can hopefully get the style without the potential Whatever Happened to Baby Jane effect!

Thanks for the heads-up on my blog guys, and the comments here, I never thought there might be a problem with comments as everything else worked fine!
Off to change it to something else for now... *grumbles*
EDIT: Okay, it's changed now. Would someone be kind enough to test out the comments function for me please?"All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.
I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.0 -
I'm trying to list things on eBay but am being really lazy about it.0
