ladyfalco, that's not good news. I was made redundant in January and it's really been a blow, hope you get something else soon.

daisy, a cup of tea will do you good :) it always cheers me up and then you have the rest of the afternoon/evening to study.

Link to my blog in my profile now guys, hope it works and I don't bore you all rigid!

Daisybella, I've been a little worried about you recently...if you have something delicious that you have baked can you have that with your tea? You are such a beautiful looking person, and I'm worried you might relapse...and disappear to nothing...

:( Lost, please don't worry. I know I'm doing pretty poorly at the moment and I'm waiting for an urgent re-referral to ED specialists to come through, hopefully in the next couple of weeks, waiting lists provided and until then attempting to keep myself afloat.

Actually, one of the things that has been playing on my mind today has been whether to keep posting outfits on my blog, or to take a break for a while as I've had a lot of comments (some nasty) and e-mails (mainly concern) and I don't want to put out the wrong impression that I embrace what is happening.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

Feeling down all of a sudden, having been so motivated this morning. Not managed any studying, which is adding to my mood because I'm berating myself. Argh.

    Cup of tea time.

You're not alone in that...I do it all the time, get the big stick out on myself.

I'm struggling to study this afternoon so I'm setting my timer for 30 mins, spending that 30 mins studying and then taking a break for 15 mins then setting my timer for another 30 mins. I'm getting stuff done, but not as quick or as much as I think I should be getting done! But some days i just have to break it down into bite sized chunks because it's all I can manage xx

I don't know. I know that there can be a lot of ''competitive'' issues with ''the problem'' which concern me, but would be wonderful to see some of you as you improve too. :)

FWIW, if you are referred to the big regional place in Somerset for EDs then thats where my referral for endocrinology is...

You said that your blog gives you confidence and that can be hard to come by for someone with an ED - maybe disable the comments function if they are doing your head in? Dont stop doing what you love and enjoy because of other people, honour yourself x

    Thanks Lost and Queen,
I kind of think I should not give in and stop posting as I know my intentions aren't to be competetive, or anything like that, or to showcase myself/weight...My blog has always been about what I wear, what I like, and I don't think I should let the illness take that away from me because a few people don't like it.
I think I'm going to go to moderated comments for a while and see how that goes.

I agree daisy, if the blog is making it harder for you then you should stop, but don't let nasty comments put you off. FWIW, I love seeing the outfits you put together because your sense of style really shines.

I second what Magpye said :) You always look beautiful in your pics daisy and I hope that some nasty comments don't affect your enjoyment in your blog. Could you perhaps make a comment on there about it? I don't know how happy you are to talk about it on there/on here so I hope I'm not being insensitive.
