Thanks girls
It's still way too cold to wear it anywhere so I hope the weather cheers up a bit soon.
Caroline, isn't it horribly frustrating when that happens?I go through fits and starts with ebay as I just don't have the patience to constantly monitor it for bargains and put up with losing auctions all the time!
Today's outfit is black and plain (boots, jeans, oversized slouchy jumper) but with a hint of colour (green vest, green pashmina). Must get some washing and ironing done soon as I'm rapidly running out of clean clothes0 -
One of them was on piratefairy's dress too
Alex - my outfits are always plain and black!0 -
You always look very chic though Caroline. I'm in scruffy mode today, wet hair and all, after having been swimming before work.
The talk of ebay has made me go on there to hunt down new shoes. Will I ever manage to track down a pair of IC frog shoes that aren't horribly expensive?0 -

When looking at your blog agin just now I was impressed mainly by how radiant you look in the green top, and also in the white shirt. I think light and bright suits you amazingly.0 -

which ones are you after, alex? the green (or purple) velvet high heeled ones with the diamante frog brooch on, or the more recent mid heels "frog princess" ones, leather (blue, pink, white or black i think) with random frogs on??0 -
The green velvet ones with the brooch on. Wish I'd just bought them when they were on normal sale in the shops - I didn't think they'd still be costing £40-60 on ebay years later!0

Despite being up since just before 6, I have only just managed to get myself dressed.
Wearing:
Jeggings: New Look
Cream camisole: New Look
Nude/Peach shoulder pad detail cotton top: Primark
Slippers: Next
Not sure what to do today, I need to drag myself out at some point to pick up prescriptions, but I am seriously lacking in motivation.0 -
Ok - out of comfort zone today! ish.
Spotted and striped dress (think piratefairy style!), black fitted cardi and black opaques. Going to wear my very old denim jacket when I go out.0 -
re: lack of motivation, same here, daisy, i'm trying desperately to think of interesting facts about myself, have been filling in a blog tag for about a million yrs it seems, interspersed with work of course..why not make some jewellery if you can find the inspiration from somewhere?
and well done about the jeans, CL!
my outfit today sucks, but the shoes are cool:
orange suede high heels, primark, £13
purple get cutie space / sci fi print skirt..not sure how much via ebay
black tights
black jumper with giant bow made of tiny silver sequins..h&m via ebay
the jumper is the reason it sucks..it's about three sizes too big and everytime i wear it i feel fat and frumpy (more so than usual)..
also, daisy, this is your fault for the mention of maxi dresses - been browsing the topshop site also..not that im buying anything..

cant decide if this is really nice in a westerny kinda way, or a bit too weddingy..
will post blog pics shortly of outfit..0
