I think the British Red Cross do, I googled and found this page:

Hope this helps0 -
Call your local Red Cross - they may have them and be able to lend you some. I know they can lend Wheelchairs etc for people who'll only need one for a short time, eg post-operative. If you're being discharged from hospital etc and require them you should be given them on loan.

Hi
give your surgery a call first, as far as I knw many surgeries have cratches given by patients after they no longer need them, my brother just got one from our local sugery in lambour, Berkshire.
hopefully this will help0 -
I'm not sure if Shopmobility have crutches for hire but you could try them:

Also call you local St John ambulance head office, they should be able to tell you if they have any in their stored (like the redscross they lend them out too as well as wheel chairs etc) I'm pretty sure there is a store in Aylesbury or High Wycombe but not sure further afield than thatDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! you can buy them quite cheaply on ebay and resell afterwards.
Mine cost £20 incl.P&P and are fancy with mini crampons for snow!
cheaper ones and childrens too.
check the DISABILITY section in HEALTH AND BEAUTY

I got mine from my OT. May be worth contacting your local social services dpt and asking if they can help in anyway.

You could advertise them in your local Freecycle group
