It is hard for small businesses but like you say she gets the money back! If she were running a good business then she would have put money aside for things like this and holiday cover! I'll come and do some head butting with you

Do you mean a tribunal Z or small claims online...
I mean small claims for the SMP and tribunal after she "goes back".I have also suggested constructive dismissal - hence my formal letter requesting confirmation of payments........

I wondered about getting her to claim maternity allowance from the dwp, which is paid if you aren't entitled to SMP. To get that you have to have a formal statement from the employer which states why they aren't paying it.
