I got mine from Ebay for a tenner(ish) they came all the way from Japan free of shipping costs and me and the kids think there great they've been stuck on my patio doors in all diffrent shapes for about 3 weeks now and we keep getting the rest out to make things I would recommend them to anyone but wouldn't pay nearly £25 for them. Hope it all works out for you op.

Whichever way you spell it the links go to an address in Cornwall.

To be honest, none of your original post really adds up. I'll post again if I get a reply from the US site. I'm going to drop Angel fulfilment and Spinmaster.com an email too and see what their response is. They ought to know you're naming them on MSE as part of a scam.

You can do whatever you wish, that is your perogative, It appears that more people DO understand my OP than do not. I have documented evidence, screen shots, emails, visa statements all confirming what I have stated in my posts.

I would also like to clarify that this thread is entitled 'tv advert toy POSSIBLE scam' subtle I know, but it is there

'Money saving expert.com.....UK Consumer Revenge!' I was under the impression that as a consumer who felt she had been duped in some way this was the place to come to, silly me.

I'm sure Mr M Lewis himself would be so proud of your helpfulness in this regard. I shall now go boil my head!

Are you going to order a special head boiler from the USA to boil your head in? :rotfl:

Make sure it is a website that takes UK orders won't you ;)

The person I feel most sorry for in all of this is the little boy who the present was meant for! You made a right hash of getting his birthday present and now can't be bothered to find another source.:eek::eek:

Still you'll get your money back so that's all that matters yeah?

    Poor little kid. :(

    Happy head boiling! :rotfl:

For all those having problems finding bendaroos. i ordered some from a china wholesale website similar to ebay on 4th august and they where delivered on the 12th August. Most of the bundles where for 50 plus packs but there are some just selling 2 packs. I got 2 pack of 500 for just under £12. so £6 per pack. a fraction of the price they are selling them for here.

I paid using pay pal they didn't come in the box as it was cheaper to post that way but he does sell others that are boxed.

    the website is dhgate.com

and the item number is 63676952

Here's the reply I got today. Does anyone (who still cares about this) have any thoughts about the bit I've made blue? Is that unusual?

I don't know because I haven't bought from a site like that before. Usually there's a few 'shop front' type pages first rather than just an order page. When you click the terms and conditions it comes back to a Canadian company. Ostensibly Spin Direct but they are linked to Spinmaster. Hmmmmmm............

    Dear *******:

Thank you for your inquiry. We do not sell or ship to the UK. The
advertisement seen on your television are from an independent retailer
selling Bendaroos via the website: www.bendaroosuk.com.

In order to reach this site, you must type the address out in the
address bar as it cannot be reached by a search.

Thank you for your interest in Bendaroos,
    Bendaroos Customer Service

    Quoting ******* @*******:

    Hi,
Could you please confirm whether you send Bendaroos to the United Kingdom?

    Many thanks,
    *******

Anyway one mystery has been solved.

After she watched the advert he OP should have typed in

    www.bendaroosuk.com

But according to her own admission in her first post she actually typed in

    www.bendaroos.uk.com

Apparently that extra added dot is crucial as it stops the link working
