Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Photogenic
I think Channel 5 has also shown this advert too, during its Milkshake! segment (yes, I do watch it when waiting for The Wright Stuff as the other channels' breakfast TV is so boring to me).

The page I just looked at www.bendaroos.com did not have an option for UK ordering AND it was right where you said it was on the front page!

Takoda. All the UK ones are awaiting stock! Yes there are loads of web pages, click on ANY of the links though and nobody actually has them. Again, when I DID order them I was given a choice of what country I chose....... UK funnily enough! I was even charged in pounds sterling.

Have purchased fromt the States many times before it isn't rocket science or something to avoid at all costs. I shall paste some complaints I have just found from US customers who have had ALL of the problems I have had too........ OK STILL CANT MAKE POSTS WITH URLS IN SO GO TO www . complaintsboard . com /byurl/bendaroos .com.html

    LEAVE OUT ALL GAPS

Ok I think I understand now. The website lures in greedy people because it promises to 'double your order for free'. Then the people who have actually received their Bendaroos have been charged for 2 sets.

Thus proving there's no such thing as a free lunch ;)

I'd be suspicious of something like that. Why would a company give something like a popular toy (with what seems to be an extensive ad campaign) away for free.

Luckily the little chap's birthday isn't for ages so there's time to buy replacements and chalk it up to experience of course.

I put in a fake order ( Adolf Hitler with a made up address ) on one site and it took me all the way to checkout and didn't say it didn't have stock.

The US complainants are just moaning about being charged for 2 sets.

I'm seriously beginning to think that you are making sport with me, Have I not EXPLAINED on more than one post that the order page HAS CHANGED since 3rd July when I ordered them. Did you not also see the pasted address from the confirmation email that had United Kingdom in it? The order page you see is NOT the same one as the one I ordered from. IT had an option on it to chose the country.

I am not disputing the web page you are looking at says USA only, I know it does I can see it too :) If I tried to order some on that order page now I would not be able to would I! as I am in the UK and I would have no option to order them. OBVIOUSLY when I ordered them it DID have the option otherwise they would not have sent me a confirmation email with the correct delivery address in it!
