:jCongratulations! How are you going with your £5 challenge?
Really well thanks. That wasn't taking into account money for food etc as that was budgeted separately. I have only taken £60 out at the cashpoint, that works out at roughly £2.15 per day! It may not be like that every month but I think it is good for the first one.MFW 2025 No. 7 £700/£1200

September's £5 a day challenge
I took £60 out of the cash machine and I still have £10 in my purse. I think that is good for a start. I have slightly pay this month due to them mucking it up last month so it will go towards any extras for this month.
Here goes October's challenge with no withdrawals today and I still have the £10 in my purse :jMFW 2025 No. 7 £700/£1200

Seriously, not a clue how you do that. I just feel like a money spewing machine at the minute! But then I always do on the first of the month!!! It's the bills fault, makes me think I'm rubbish! :rotfl:Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

All my bills go straight out of the account and money goes into joint account for food shopping, house stuff etc. It normally gets topped up by extra through the month but everything left in my current account is for me. I am just seeing how it goes at the moment.MFW 2025 No. 7 £700/£1200

I have OPd £730 so far this year, I am aiming for £1000 for the end of the yearMFW 2025 No. 7 £700/£1200

Ok so I want to get to the OP target of £1000 by the end of the year, small I know but every little helps. I have an extra £70 to pay over what I normally do, over 3 months that is £23.33333333333333333. I have made it a bit easier than that and have just made an OP of £35, just one extra of the same and I will make the target :j:jMFW 2025 No. 7 £700/£1200
