We are so naughty, we are going to view a house tonight. We have made a pact though, stick with our mortgage appointment in just over 2 weeks. Put in a note of interest if we like the property and if it is still on the market when we get back from our honeymoon then it is meant to be and we will proceed with trying to buy it. I know if we like it we will be tempted to move quicker but we get married in 24 days and won't be back from our honeymoon for 6 and a half weeks. Things move quickly up here once you offer, I bought this house and had to organise everything while I was in Australia, not doing that again.

Ages since I updated. We have 1 property we are really interested in, a couple that might be ok but they would need to drop their prices. We have a solicitor and tomorrow have a financial appointment with the bank to see about transferring our current mortgage to a new house, getting a new one for this house and find out about deposits. The house we are interested in are getting twitchy about a sale, we told them we wouldn't be doig anything until the beginning of August so they can wait. If it is on the market then, then we will see. We have slight more important things to deal with at the moment...

We get married in 9 days!

Quiet couple of months then :rotfl:

    Great news all round :j

I have made the last OP while the mortgage is on this house, we are moving it to our new house along with a larger second one for the remaining amount. We probably won't OP over the first couple of months while we work out our new finances/bills but I will be coming on as I do a SOA. We move 2 weeks today so I guess I really should start packing!

The packing is going very slowly, next week will be manic at this rate. I am very busy at work which isn't helping. Looking forward to moving though.
