Now I wonder why he didn't leave his details with them?
Can you point out where the OP has said he wouldn't leave his details?
Now correct if I am wrong but that is a pretty typical response of a male chauvinst pig who thinks you got too near his pride and joy( remember men think women can't drive).
    No bias there then!!
It's also the not an unusual response by any motorist, male or female, who has had their car damaged by another motorist who then just drives off.
(was the bloke standing over their shoulder giving a running commentary?)
Yep, the staff were obviously females being intimated by this horrible brutish man.

OP, I'm convinced. Call the police have this man charged with multiple counts of harassment!

Oops, forgot you don't want your name revealing! ;)
  • From your post, when you left car park you didn't think you had hit anything. All you saw was a bloke shouting and using the car horn. Now correct if I am wrong but that is a pretty typical response of a male chauvinst pig who thinks you got too near his pride and joy( remember men think women can't drive). I don't blame you for driving off and, as fars as you are concerned, nothing happened so you don't have to report anything.

As for the CCTV you are getting 3rd party opinions and the best they can say is 'looks' like you hit him (was the bloke standing over their shoulder giving a running commentary?). Look at it for yourself. Also as said before, is it possible you dented the bonnet? What kind of vehicle do you drive? It has to be a high vehicle to dent a bonnet as normally the 1st point of contact is the bumper ( it's in the name). Also have a look on your vehicle to see if their is any of the other cars paint.

The Nursery can't give out your details full stop. Now I wonder why he didn't leave his details with them?

Once you've looked at the CCTV I would give the police a ring and have a chat with them about it.

P.S. I am one of those people who've have had their car damaged in a car park (once badly) so am not biased!

    These women are crazy! :D

You possibly have an accident with someone and think it's acceptable to drive off???!!! Any reasonable person would stop and look to see if contact was made. Sure the person who may have been hit was shouting and using their horn. Who wouldn't - male or female. Despite possibly being involved in an accident the OP drove away and doesn't even seem to have gone to the Police within 24 hours. If you were scared, go to the nearest Police station. We're not talking about an accident in a war zone, it's a bump in front of a nursery/populated area which could have easily been resolved at the scene.

Because of course theres no possibility that the OP did actually hit the 'male chauvinist pig' in his 'pride and joy'

just out of curiosity, do you drive a 4*4?

Thats the same question I've been asking all the way through the thread, I wonder why the OP hasn't confirmed the type of car they were driving.

OP, could you tell us the type of vehicle?

Dont forget it could also depend on the shape of the other car. It could be something like a BMW z4 or an mx5 sports car which has a nose thats very low to the ground.

The OP needs to align their car with the car she is alleged to have hit. The fact that she has not done so, or has declined to admit the possiblity suggests the bonnet damage is viable.

Is "stargate" the way you got here? Who damaged your car, not the Goa'uld was it? This one is more simple, just a normal hit and run, let the insurance and the police sort it.
(PS I'm a male obviously, but Amanda Tappping is ok)
