flext 35 25% off with tmobile shop/web

Is this the best deal in reality?

Low monthly payments of £26 something from day 1, no need to send bills back at certain times. Reasonable choice of phones. Stays at that price for life of contract. Loads of mins/text so no need to swap at end of contract for better deal.

I am gonna get this unless somone can persuade me otherwise.

Look for the last flext35 thread (possibly through my all posts list or search) at that stage the best deal was 12 months free on about 3 phones.

I am looking at a phone ATM & I can get a cheaper deal buying it on ebay (carefully, from a 500/100% rated seller) and a 12 month free deal with a cheap phone (not finished my research yet).
Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!

I took out the flext25 web&walk, get about 300 minutes and UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS (subject to fair usage) for about £24 a month but you have to take out 18 month contract. Best deal I could find
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

So did I and got a really good phone , a vario MDA, only got to work out how to use it now.
  • If you are with a different provider at the mo, and have a) been with them a bit and b) paid on time, you could get better. Im spending about £70 a month and have been with them 5 years (Sorry, them being Orange) and have had a bit of a row with them (long story!) anyway, I have 4 months left on contract and I told them I was going to change tariff to line rental only, turn the phone off, and go on FLEXT with immediate effect.

They have since offered me 500(anytime) min and 500 texts, plus any phone I want, and Blutooth handsfree for £23 a month, as well as 500 complimentary texts until this new package starts on 17th on next month. Not sure if that beats FLEXT or not, but ive just reduced my bill by absolutely loads, gained 100 min and have only lost 500 texts (which I never used anyway! Used to be on 400min/1000texts) So I'm happy!

thats not a bad deal, I'm on Tmobiles Flext35, so in theory I can get 600 minutes, AND 600 texts for 26.25 per month (Plus the guy in the shop gave me a bluetooth headset when I asked) ... Or as the purpose of the tarrif is, a different combo of both...
    £4988 Lloyds TSB Mastercard
    £400 O/D Lloyds TSB
    £2650 Lloyds TSB Loan
    £5070 Black Horse Finance

Skint, but I have a plan.... an MSE Plan!!!

I got the flext25 on nokia 6280. Its brill...no need to worry about bills etc....they even send u a free text to ur mobile every week to let you know how many more minutes/texts you have available for the month.
  • I can't find it on the site but is the flextT 25% discount price for the life of the 18 month contract or is it just for a few months then reverts to the normal price?

Also when does the offer end?
    :o

the 25% is for life, not just a few months, and it is rumoured the 25% discount will be withdrawn from the end of this month.
