    Hi everyone

I have tried to ring both numbers all day. One number just plays music and says our operators are busy, we will try to connect you as soon as one is available.
The other says to call back in office hours or leave a message. I have emailed them from my email address which has flagged up unknown address. I emailed them from their website, where normally you would receive an automated response saying that I will be contacted within xx amount of time.

I have checked my bank balance and it has been untouched. I have requested that my account be blocekd and new cards be issued with new details. So at least they cannot take money from my account!

What else can I do? I oviously completed the name and address and DOB fields. My CCV number should change with the new cards.

Should I report this site to anyone?

OP - If I were you I would get on the phone to your card provider and inform them!

EDIT - Cross over with your last post - must have been typing at the same time. My apologies....

As long as you've cancelled your card, you'll be fine. Just make sure you tell them that there may be a request for payment somewhere down the line...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Yes, scary stuff indeed.I feel sick to the stomach actually.

I am really worried as to what else they can do with my details.

Their T&C's mention 'BundleOfSales Games Ltd' and 'Registered Resellers UK Ltd'...According to Companies House, both do not exist.

Also, has anyone noticed their website looks extremely familiar to www.hmv.co.uk?

Just mean how many times these scammers seem to be able to set up sites using innocent peoples details and wondering how many people have taken these sites as genuine and lost money :(

So MSE experts, just wondering....Typically what type of person would be operating this 'scam'? Is it likely to be nigerian-type scammers, or could it easily be a schoolkid in Hartlepool?!

This is very similar to www.webexclusivebundles.co.uk who almost scammed me about 2 years ago. They no longer exist but there was a thread on here about them at the time. Luckily, I realised straight away that it was a scam site so called up my card issuer, talked it through with them and they cancelled my card straightaway. OP - regardless of whether funds have been taken from your card yet, please get on the phone and cancel your card now.
