Hi
I have tried to purchase goods from 'bundleofsales' uk website and after having entered all my detail, my order was then declined due to a number of reasons (at least 15). The site advised that if any of the reasons could have been connected to my order, I should try again. Which I did, and it was again declined.
I took the first reason to be that I had entered my address for billing and my mother's for delivery. So in my second attempt I kept both addresses the same.
I double checked everything else and they were all correct.
I tried calling the company several times and I just cannot get through. I have sent emails and the keep bouncing. I have checked my bank account and no money is pending to come off - as yet.
I may be panicking slightly, I know, but I am concerened about the website now and what they will do with my card details.
Does anyone know of this site or have had any problems??
Van anyone offer advice?

I'm sorry to say, you've been scammed...
Please tell me you didn't put in your date of birth, landline number and CVV number in?
It used to be called bundlebuys.co.uk but got shut down and has no re-started with EXACTLY the same website...

Can you explain what makes you say this is a scam?
I'm not saying you're wrong, but it would be nice to have an explanationMy TV is broken!

Hiya,
I personally think the first thing you should do if you are suspicious about a website is check out their "contact us" information.
This particular site says:
"What to do if you have a problem or question BundleOfSales Games takes all customer issues and problems seriously and will endeavour to address these immediately. If you have queries relating to our privacy policy, or if you have a problem or complaint, please contact us via the contact page."
However - when you click on the contact us page it doesn't work (brings up a random messy page) which for me signals alarm bells.
EDIT - just noticed they have an 0844 number quoted at the bottom of their page! Still dodgy that their "contact us" page doesn't seem to work - there is an address listed for returns - would be interesting to check it out with companies house to see if they are legit?
I just tried to add something to my shopping cart and this message came up:
Call Us Now On 0844 357 4540, To discuss, the options available with this item, confirm stock and make a purchase over the phone.
DANGER - AVOID!!!

It is indeed an awful site - but there are two phone numbers on that page.My TV is broken!

There have been 7 or 8 websites, with exactly the same cloned webpages, just a different name, all registered to honest people who had the misfortune of putting their details into one of the previous incarnations:
gameshed.co.uk
zitbitgames.co.uk
zittlegames.co.uk
bundlebuys.co.uk
Why else would a website NEED you to put your date of birth in? Unless they wanted ALL of your details...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
