Finally got off my bum and went into town. Just sitting here squelching the hair dye on my head (going even more blonde than I was) and waiting for the time to be up.

Feel a bit better tho now guys, thank you for the hugs!

    Just spoken to hubby.
They may be a light at the end of all this after all!

The potential investor has just been there for over 2 hours.
He seems keen but obviously wants to go over all the accounts in detail before he actually invests (perfectly understandable)
There's another meeting tomorrow and a further potential investor coming in as well.

In the mean time I've found some good fridge freezers on Ebay (pick up locally) and just signed up to work this Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday at the anti-viral centre which means another 14 hours double time for September's wage. :T

    I'll keep you posted.

Those DLA forms are rough aren't they. I have to do Amber's every few years. I honestly think there has to be a better way of doing it than a huge form. Hope it does well gem and the MRI too.
Daniel has just has his 16 plus award and they awarded it indefinatly thank god no more dla forms woohoooo

DF - sounds like you'd be better off out of there.

Tough one Sammy but personally I would not say a word. The chances are your SIL will spill to someone else before long and it will all come out anyway. That sort of information is too much of a burden for anyone to take alone, I couldn't do it.

I totally respect your FIL decision and frankly at 80 probably would decide to throw in the towel too, after all at that age all you have to look forward to is one body part or another clapping out.

So, I'd just sit tight on the information if I were you.

See, that's what I was trying to say but you said it sooooo much better Toto :D

Sammy, horrible situation to be put in but I think I'd be inclined to keep my gob shut hun. He obviously wants to deal with it his way, and at 80, I think he has that right.

Act a bit dumb, she never told you owt ;)

Hugs Lenza. We're always here to keep you company and chat.
I would do exactly that too, for the reasons that he is old enough to make his own decisions and if i was ever put in the same position i would too deny all knowledge of ever knowing, he has got to do what he wants in his own way x

Red squirrel I think you're right. Without me having a job and having to plan to just about be able to live on OH wages we can't really pay much more than we are paying right now. Having had a look around it looks like we are getting a really, really good deal and there doesn't seemto be much about at the moment around here. Oh well.
