    I've had no replies to any of mine. I've even tried mailing her from my sky.com account incase she wasn't receiving mail from hotmail accounts but still no response.

    me neither. if nothing arrives this week then im going to get in contact with the head of PR at ToniandGuy and see what they have to say.

    Just spoke to Carolyn Whitehorne again, she said that all the prizes were sent out last week and if I haven't received mine by Thursday then to call her again and she will resend it.

    Good news finally ! I spoke to Carolyn Whitehorne yesterday as my prize still hadn't arrived, she said she would send it by special delivery and it arrived first thing this morning :)
