Yes. I posted the question because the email looked a bit dodgy with terrible fonts and I could not find the original comp post.
It said

I urgently need to find out whether what shade preference you would require for the shampoo and conditioner as follows for your specific hair type:

Warm Blonde – to enhance warmer, golden blondes
Platinum Blond – to combat brassiness and enhance brighter tone
Red Brunette – to enhance warmer shades of brunette with reddy auburn tones
Dark Brunette – to enhance chocolate tones of brunettes with added depth
