update-I rang toni and guy today and spoke to carolyn whitehorne who sent me the winning wem. she says she hasnt received my emails (ive sent 3!) nor has she received emails from the other winners stating their colour preferences. Ive sent her my details again and will now wait and see if i actually receive anything.

What! That's ridiuclous, how can she not have received all of our emails. I sent my original reply and a chaser so will send another.

yes,ive kept the original wem from carolyn whitehorne and have replied to the same email address each time.

Just got an email - not bad after I've sent 3 emails to them and 1 to Marie Claire
As a number of you have yet to claim your prize, can I urgently find out what shade preference you would require for the shampoo and conditioner as follows for your specific hair type:

I received the same email. I've replied stating that this is the 5th email Ive sent regarding the prize and could she please reply to it so that I know she has received it.Did you hear back from Marie Claire?

Nothing at all from Marie Clair.

I put a delivery and read receipt marker on the email. The delivery reciept will just prove that it got to their server and she can always refuse to send the read receipt but you never know.

Let me know if she gets back to you please

I will do. Can't understand how she can't be receiving any of our emails. The email address that Ive been mailing her at is exactly the same email address she gave to me over the phone yesterday. She did say that they had had problems with their computers a couple of weeks ago but I sent my first chaser prior to that.
And she did seem to recognise my name on the phone yesterday, which if she hadnt received any of my emails she wouldnt have as the original wem was addressed to "marie claire winner". Will just have to wait and see what happens but im not leaving it now, it's annoyed me too much!

I wondered if it was a Hotmail problem, so I emailed her again this afternoon using my uni email addy and put a read receipt on it. Nothing back as yet.
