    Ive used hotmail to receive and reply to her emails. Let me know if you get a reply or anything to confirm that she's received your email please.

    I am not using hotmail and I have not yet recieved a delivery report. This usually happens within a couple of minutes. It could be that the turn their mail server off at night or are using a third party service

    Weird. I think we're just going to have to wait and see if we hear anything in the next few days, if not then maybe another phone call will need to be made. Surely if there was a problem with them receiving emails from hotmail accounts she would have mentioned that when I spoke to her?

    Well done. I haven't heard anything but hopefully my prize will arrive aswell although I did ask her to reply to my email so that I knew she'd got it and she hasn't done.
