If you make a definite plan to do a carboot with your mum the first chance you get, you could stop feeling pressured to ebay things.

Glad to hear things are good with the boyfriend. Talk the situation over with him and maybe he can bring in some new ideas. I'm sure he would rather you didn't work every hour the way you do.

If im honest id rather put the stuff on ebay just need to find the time.... am thinking about taking a few days holiday just to get the chance but really dont want to waste them... i think i have a long weekend due in March so may leave it till then and save my holidays!

Glad to hear things are good with the boyfriend. Talk the situation over with him and maybe he can bring in some new ideas. I'm sure he would rather you didn't work every hour the way you do.

Well we had a bit of a talk about me giving up my 2nd job tonight before i was due to start and he basically said he'd stand by me whatever my decision was which was good, however, it doesn't really help me out. I said that things would be quite tight money wise and i'd really need to watch every penny and that wasn't a problem but in order for me to give it up i would need to make at least £200 a month from ebay which i could possibly do with the stuff in the house for maybe 3 months but then the problems would start.

So the upshot of it all was that i was in tears before i went to my 2nd job tonight and felt really low about going in knowing that i will be doing it for the forseeable future :(

Anyway once i was there i realised its not really that bad and i do enjoy it sometimes. Im of 2 minds in that i really want the time off but on the other hand i need the money.... so do i just do all the hours i can get at the moment and have no life or do i speak to my boss to see if its possible that i could maybe have a few nites off during the week and the occasional weekend? I think talking to my boss would be the sensible thing to do but i just know that depending what mood i get him in im likely to be given hardly any shifts as you have to be totally flexible and i cant be as i work full time and they have always taken that into account..... what do i do???

I did manage to transfer £50 out of paypal today for ebay items that have been re-listed and re-listed and re-listed but eventually have sold. After all my fees and everything have come off it i've put £11 into my house repairs account and £15 towards paying a credit card that i needed to put the money away for.

I have paid £2.60 towards my marbles card and £4.00 towards my MBNA card.... so although its not alot i have made a total overpayment of £6.60 :j I still have £17.40 unaccounted for but i don't want to pay that towards anything until the money clears as my bank account is currently sitting at £1.12 in credit (it will be £550 overdrawn once the mortgage comes off and other direct debits) but want the account to stay in credit for as long as possible so the interest is lower.

Im off to bed now today has been a really really long day... hopefully 2moro will be a bit better and easier to get through

Hi buddiebabe. Sorry to hear you are feeling so down. But you have paid off £1300 this year, so you are getting somewhere, even if it doesn't feel like it. Hang on in there.

Hi BB - just catching up on your thread - glad to see things are progressing well! Just wondering if it would save you interest if you did not put any more stamps away for Xmas and instead started to pay more off the c/card and overdraft... I guess you'd knock down whatever has the highest interest rate? Anyway very happy to see you getting on so well x

    Hi

Well im really glad that i've managed to pay off so much this month.... although i have no idea how i've done it.

I've not really kept an eye on what i was spending this month and have bought a few things that i wanted for a change instead of just concentrating 100% on the debt.... I know its not the right way to look at it and i will be keeping a closer eye on things this month.

I know money is going to be stretched this month as im going to Blackpool for a few days next week to soak up the UEFA cup atmosphere.... maybe even travel into Manchester.... if the police allow!!!!

I am glad that i have the savings listed above for all the bills that will be due as i've not been able to do that before so im really happy i've managed to keep that up to date... it has meant that i've not had as much cash available as before but it does mean that i shouldn't be faced with any unexpected large bills....

I haven't really bothered with ebay just continue to re-list the same stuff constantly but it has made me about £30 in the last month after all fees and everything are paid. I have no time to myself... i should be getting stuff ready for work in the morning but instead i thought i would spend some time doing this.... it's about time i started to make time for myself again. The house is in a bit of a mess but it always is.

Im starting to feel a bit more positive about things so on that note im going to sign off for tonight.... hopefully be able to update again soon
