Hope everyone having their big day tomorrow has a fabulous time! Still 3 weeks for me, although the jitters are setting in!

Been trying to get through things on the list today- shirts for pageboys OOS, shoes OOS- were originally ordered, then cancelled, then due Wednesday, now due the 17th and unfortunately I can't take the risk and wait that long! Tried calling cheese people, engaged, then no answer! However- Ladies Day tickets have been booked- 26 of them! Next Saturday I will be on my Hen Day!!!!

This is our last weekend to do things before next weekend! Getting excited but also panicky now!

Ordered engraving for brother (lighter) step dad (tankerd) little brother/page boy (yo-yo) Feel like money is just going at the moment.

Hair and make up trial tomorrow, church Sunday and lots of washing for honeymoon! Hope the rain goes for the brides tomorrow and so i can hang clothes on the line!

I went to a wedding do last night and couldn't help thinking the whole time about my wedding and how I liked my plans better, and that I hoped it all worked out ok etc.

Sometimes I feel like mine is gonna look 'cheap'. My budget was £2k but has now risen to about £3k thanks to some donations from family - but apparently the wedding last night was £15k :eek:

I keep telling myself its the people that make a wedding, and we have wonderful friends and family, and obviously the only really important thing is my, my OH and my daughter. But y'know, after planning for a year, obviously you want it to be lovely and not appear cheap, and for everyone else to enjoy themselves etc.

Haha, thanks Sammy. She had it at a posh venue, and had a sit down meal etc, and her dress was stunning and was obviously a lot of money...

The venue was kind of spread out, and the dj n dance floor was in a seperate room, so there really wasn't much dancing going on. It was too noisy in that room to chat, so most people ended up around the bar area. I just felt really !!!!!y half the time, like thinking to myself, my wedding is going to be like this, and ooo, i wouldn't want that etc.

Felt like one of them brides on 4 weddings who slag everyone elses wedding off.

I am sure it was entirely perfect for her. Wish I could have just enjoyed it more for what it was rather than thinking too much about things. I was also driving there and on diet coke, so that won't have helped I don't suppose :rotfl:

She obviously has a lot of money and had a magician and other bits like that, and I suppose I don't want people who have more money than me kind of looking down their noses or basically slagging my wedding off in 4 weddings style, lol! I don't wanna be one of them budget brides who comes ridiculously last and their wedding is made to look like a joke just cos we aren't spending a million pounds....

Oh god, I seriously need to chill don't I?!

had a lovely surprise last night was off to watch a film with my bridesmaid we were goin to see bridesmaids lol and some how ended up in my surprise hen do lol
was a wicked nite bless them all for keeping it quiet...

Progressive day considering its a week today!

Hair trial this morning - was ok but due to extensions being new the style hasn't stayed fully but hair dresser assured it will be fine on the day. Make up really pleased, turned out to be a girl from my secondary school which was a little weird but all fine in the end!

Rushed to Asda to get jars for sweety table, 3 x large for £1 each and 3 x smaller for £2.50 a pack - they look so colourful full of sweets!

Went to town, got more ribbon for order of service and napkins, paper for backing of table plan, ring pillow from BHS, hair clips for flower girl in monsoon sale, disposable cameras.

Suit man just dropped off suits, really pleased and the little page boy suit looks so cute!

Just doing all my washing for the honeymoon!
