Awww, Aj its understandable that you feel like that. We have planned our big days for a long time now, and kind of imagine the last week to be as chilled as possible and for the nerves and excitement to be kicking in - but obviously the news of yr mums health will have a huge effect on everything. Even on any other week you would be worried about it, not to mention your wedding week!!

I think the idea of a blessing with your mum there sounds perfect, but of course we will all keep our fingers crossed that she is well enough to attend the big day

Sorry to hear everyones bad news as well... Roses dog Pixiepips job Tis not what anyone wants on the run up to the big day.

I have a weekend on my own this weekend, so am going to try and do the last of the crafty type jobs.

16 sleeps, but the wedding still feels ages away for some reason??

Oh gosh, one more sleep... it's tomorrow!!!! :eek:
Picked suits up yesterday and OH's is humongous on him, looks awful and is plucked, so he's wearing his own slim fit suit that he bought a few months ago and looks fab.
Can't believe the rain, photographer told me to take wellies just incase but looks like I'm defo going to need them.

AJ, best of luck for your day whatever happens. Your worries really do put mine about the weather in to perspective and I hope you get some better news soon. x

2 sleeps. Remembered this morning that we hadn't done the table names, OH got stressed moaning about last minute blah blah, it is done now

Picking up the kilts today and giving gifts to the guys and ladies who we are meeting us today. That just leaves the stuff for my folks.

Bang on 2 weeks today for me!

All we have left to do is finish our order of services, finalise details with hotel and pay off the last 2 bills!

They are letting mum out tomorrow, only releasing her though, she has to go back in on Sunday. They have known all along about the wedding so have done their best. I think the worst is over but it is going to be a long recovery process and they say she may never get her health back to where it was.

Picked the kilts up today. Tomorrow we have the cake to pick up, my nails to be done (on my own as none of my family will be here yet ) and then take everything to the hotel.

Thats absoultely fabulous news AJ....you and your mum can both have the day you dreamed of...even thought its only a tempory thing and she has to go back to the hospital,I'm sure spending the day with friends and family will be very special....

Mega stressful busy day today, but on the plus side picked up our gorgeous cake, it's my dream come true and I'm delighted with it, that my aunt made it makes it all the more special. Can't wait to get my dress tomorrow morning, nails done, pick up currency and then chill chill chill for the rest of the night before the big day! Still a lot to do tonight so I'd better get off!
