It's such a shame for her because everyday we have been walking her about a mile :( I feel sorry for her.

  • The end part of the season is worst for attracting makes IIRC, I used to walk my old terrier, but only on lead, at quiet times in places where other dogs were likely to be on lead (so pavements rather than parks) and vigilantly!

She isn't allowed off the lead yet because I'm not sure if she will do a runner lol. There is a field just round the corner will take her on there instead.

My little collie is 10 months old and completely mad! She's constantly on the go and thanks to her needing 4 walks a day, I have lost a stone in weight since we got her! Sometimes she's really clever and 'switched-on' but sometimes I think she can be deliberately ignorant! She's soft as anything though and loves a cuddle! Love her so much!

    Awwww how cute!

I'll try and post a pic later, She loves sitting on the back of the sofa the little monkey. She likes snowys food more than her own too!

  • Just had to update! Since I posted this he has finally started playing with his toys, probably over the last two months... doesn't like sticks (fair enough). He has two santa toys, teddies, which he adores, and now understands "where's your stinky santa?"!

    God love him..................................

  • I have 2 border collies, Mr Patches, and Samwise. They are 3 and 5, and completely bonkers!
Mr Patches is very very intelligent, and knows up to 90 words, Sam has doggy learning difficulties..bless him, but he does try, he really does.
They love me chasing them up and down the stairs doing monster noises, they yap, and bark, and generally go crazy! They chase each other up, and around my sofas completely pulling all of the cushions off it and happily yapping at each other.
Mr Patches is the better behaved one, but watch out when he gets that twinkle in his eye, because we know is is about to have a funny five minutes, he will run upstairs aand bark at "Daddy" when i tell him (the dog) that dinner is ready LOL!
Samwise is my shadow, and is very puppy like with me. He is very cuddly.
The two of them pull terribly on the lead, are complete muddy monsters, and drive me bonkers on a daily basis, but i love them, and totally would not be without them! I will never have another breed of dog other than a bonkers border collie.
