    Good morning!

    Feeling any better today Lou?

I've had something similar on and off for the last couple of weeks. Eating plainish food seems to help. I'll also vouch for the ginger tea and I find peppermint/ mint can help soothe digestion too.

    Hi Jellie

I am going to have toast for brekkie and an omelette for lunch, nothing too heavy today I think. I dont have any of those herbal teas though:o

    Sounds good!

If you have any ginger you can cut up a small amount stick in hot water (with a bit of lemon juice if you want) leave for a while and then strain. Think you can do the same with mint if you have any plants to infuse.

Otherwise I found steering clear of milk in my drinks helped a bit.

I think next door have some mint in their garden, I might nick some if my tummy starts up again:D

    Todays list...
    • find good match for free £25 bet *yawnarama*
    • flylady
    • hang out washing and iron when dry
    • visit Granda
    • visit friend to drop of her Birthday stuff, which was yesterday:o she said not to worry just to get better for Saturday as we are having a girlie night out:beer:
Operation get myself looking decent for work is underway with the tripto the hairdressers (£25 for cut and highlights) and I have started to use some of that holiday sun stuff to give myself a bit of colour.

I could do with some new work clothes but that can wait until August pay goes in at the end of the month. I am going to need a couple of suits for this new role I have taken on, hopefully the ones in Asda or Tesco are a decent fit for me:o

Its not hard Ames its just a bit tedious and there is alot of money going back and forth, you have to be strict with tracking the whole thing otherwise is can fry your brain.

Speaking of which I managed to get £19 out of the £25 free bet as it was a stake not returned offer. Added to the £20 from quidco thats £39 for a few minutes work, not bad at all.

Kitchen is a mess again despite Flyladying it today thats what happens on curry night though:D I hate cleaning rice pans.

Off out for a walk with OH soon as I accidentely ate half a twix so I really need to purge myself.

Hair turned out OK although the owner of the shop was off sick so I didnt get my usual discount and had to pay the full £35, was too embarrased to say that I usually only pay £25:o

Granda gave me a nice little present of £40 again I feel so guilty in taking anything from him but he insists, I cleaned out one of his cupboards for him so he could find his stuff, he really is looking frail lately......I know people cant last forever but he has been the only stable person in my life, good old Granda much more like a Father really.

    I digress..........off on my walk toodle pip:D
