CHAOS! Plenty of that here too! Had a crazy busy day yesterday (worse than usual) so it was all I could do to change the bedsheets! So I am going to try all 3 levels today!
    good luck all!

Thursday Thrills ~ Bathroom, loo and Study
    Level One

Declutter floors of rubbish and laundry and mess
    Empty and wash out bins!
    Level Two
Declutter the desk and do 15 minutes filing
Wipe over any electricals and desks and tables
Clean the bath/shower/loo/hand basins etc.. shine those taps!
    Level Three
    Vacuum/mop floors
    Wash shower curtain/bath mats etc
    Scrub the tiles

    Extras
    1. wash the windows
    2. Wipe over the paintwork, inc. the doors!
    3. Soak the shower head in vinegar to get rid of the limescale
    4. Dust and Deweb!
    Overpay!

I really did think it was just me ... I'm a fairly laid back person but since owning our first house nearly a year I think I'm really highly strung about letting people come around... partly because everything is tired and worn hand me downs and we can't afford to decorate ... it can be clean from top to bottom but I'd still be anxious about it :) when I see someone coming to the door if I know I can I avoid letting them in I will... as awful as it sounds unless they've come for a chat then I wouldn't leave them standing on the doorstep ... I can now tell my OH I'm not the only one :)

Just having a little snack break. Been doing the packing - kids stuff all done (apart from what is still on the line which is a lot of it:rotfl:)

Food done and a list of stuff to buy later made.

    Toiletries and my clothes next.

Hex - that happened to my friend last week too, hers was dead but OH said it would have stood more chance if she had not turned it on straight afterwards. I am sure you know but leave it to totally dry before trying it - do you have an airing cupboard?, put it in the sun. I use the AGA for drying damp phones.

    Piggers
    - sweet little mogs - why are they having a bath? I've never bathed a cat/kitten in all my years.

    Right HHC for me
