Ha ha All done, Toots, star please!
Have also got giant clock down, washed it and replaced the batteries, and put it back, done loads of things about the damp, stripped a load of wallpaper, accidentally squashed a harvester spider between my fingers (feel sick now, but I guess I feel better than the spider), and done some of the perpetual washing.

Off to take DD1 riding soon, and the woodburner is coming, :j:j:j

  • We were going to the beach this afternoon but it's only just stopped raining (after a lovely sunny morning) and the sky is still very grey so we're going to the library instead (I'm sure you can imagine the excitement about going to the library rather than the beach ).
Need to pay in a cheque and pay the council tax while we're out and get a few things from Mr Ms for tea.
I'm going to finish off the kitchen when we get back.

Ginger Girl I got their summer/autumn preview sampler set which had Farmers Market, Almond Cookie, Autumn Fruit, Midnight Harvest, Macintosh Spice and Be Thankful in, plus the following samplers Garden Sweet Pea, Sweet Honeysuckle, Tropical Vanilla, Blueberry Scone, Raspberry Cream and a White Lilac wax tart.. Not too many...lol

ooh Natty - I got that set too. They last for ages don't they? I much prefer them to the big candles as they are cheaper and you can try more varieties.

Meant to say natty - I really need to know where your OH works - RIGHT NOW!!!

He works next door to The Globe Theatre in London. He says there's lots of extras with hockey sticks wandering around, Ruper Everitt in the headmistresses clothes but no Russell Brand :(

Have done absolutely nothing except get showered and dressed, oh and I did wipe down the dining room table and chairs. I have an aching headache building up, think it might be about to storm here sometime today :( Have taken some painkillers, but now am about to take my energy tablets as I am due to see a friend later and don't fancy falling asleep at her dining table..lol

I have decluttered lunch and an apple, now going to declutter a cup of tea while watching Upstairs Downstairs :)
