I think that is what they're doing! They're helping to raise money for someone doing a charity project

very uninspired with online shop. might just go to Sainsburys for a few bits instead!

Discovered you can get someone to come to your house and re-condition your Dyson for sixty quid. Motor has gone on mine. Back in next week then.

fedupandskint someone has probably answered this, but I've just washed curtains on a cold hand wash cyle, and they were fine.

Just pottering today, already been to shop, hung some washing out, folded the stuff out the TD, WM on, living room tidied, menu plan & shopping list done, cat seen to, brekkie made. Will go potter some more.

OOps! Have been MIA most of the week due to the funeral, DD visiting, driving her up and down the country to see grandparents and great grandparents, spent ages looking through old photos with her after the funeral, it was a lovely evening despite the circumstances. She has now flown home and I am going out next Tues to see her. I have just had a wander round my house and actually despite the out of routine week the house is looking good! Yesterday it was lovely and warm and blowy so I washed 2 loads, line dried them and then even ironed them :eek::eek::eek::eek: I never do the ironing it is OH'S job. Mind you then I remembered that there was still a load in the dryer so he can iron those!!

right my list for today is
make a menu for OH the week (I will be in NI)
make a shopping list
get washed and dressed
go shopping!!

Just checking in....cloudy but still warm...no washing today though.

Going to carry on compiling my 'help DH' list! & check my ebay sales which finish later today....most have bids on so that's good.

right, i am going to move my backside.

Going to go for a swim (want to make the most of my free week's pass!) and then for lunch at the usual with DH. Have shelved the idea of an online shop as realised I'm out wed and away thurs-sat so DH will just have easy stuff and spag bol etc from the freezer! will finish the flying later. have to swim whilst I'm half motivated!!

Been up for a wee while. Have been down the farm and drank some coffee. I need to make a start on the housework so that I'm all set for the schools going back tomorrow.

Put my washing away and made my bed, I luuuuuurve my bedroom as it's so serene and tidy (the only room in the house that is always 'just so') even though it needs/I want new carpet, plastered walls, decorating, new curtains it's still nice.

Think I'll go and empty the DW then refill it with a few bits and S&S the worktops.
