    Hello Living,

Glad your still on line. I havent read all the posts so Im sorry, if this has already been said.

    Firstly.. I hope your ok..

Secondly.. you say in your OP, that your creditors, wont stop the interest..

are you stil paying them, even a small amount..?If so they are unlikely to suspend intrest, however.. theres light at the end of the tunnel...... :D . If not alread mentioned, tommorrow you should contact http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/, the number is free, and confidential..

They are manned, by people who are/have been in the same position, as you are.. So no need to be shy, they will help and advise, and also send you an info pack, with everything you need to know..

    In the meantime..

Try and stay positive ok.......No point in me saying were all here is there, but .. you know we are.... Just in case

You know.. Debit isnt infectious, and it doesnt kill you, but its !!!!ty, I know from experience

    Take care

So glad that you're feeling better today. The tablets do make a difference. Sometimes the little things that make us laugh that make such a difference!

Hi BigDebtBoy,sorry you're going through this too,you can chat anytime on here if you have no-one else,it does help when you can talk with people going through the same, being in debt is a very lonely experience as it's not something most of us feel we can talk about to others outside the home, more than likely due to being ashamed.I agree the banks stink, what gets me,is that it was was the banks idea to get help and they said they would support us all the way,how wrong can you get.

    Hi,
I'm not going to give advice - I have no idea as I'm quite new to all of this. Just hope that your linament fuelled passion cheered you up and that things are a bit brighter today.
Might try that one with OH - always liked the smell of sweaty rugby players covered in Wintergreen and that's not too far away from the right smell!
    Take care

Hi Livinginhope, know something about how you feel.A little light hearted tale.A few years ago, running a small business,I had to grovel to the Inland Revenue because I didn`t have the money to pay them.A few months later, the Prozac had kicked in,they phoned again, although I was on track paying them, this time I said ``f--- off and get a life,I am a wealth producer not a government paid pen pusher whose main purpose in life was to get on other peoples t-ts!``Probally not a good idea byt gave me a chuckle. As for cc companies and banks they make me furious.Went into the bank the other month, manager had a word to see if he could lend me money.Yesterday, yet again,MNBA once again phoned begging me to transfer my cc debts to them.I rarely use them now so the next bit was to offer me a ``great``loan and before I coulsd say sling ya hook the begger started to ask for my bank details to deposit the money in.Imho these loany companies are out of control in lending and they have got some very hard times ahead getting these loans in.If half the country goes bavckrupt on them all well and good.

Please try and stay positive and as an earlier poster said please call the Samaritans if you feel desperate.I know I did and it`s good to talk to someone that will really listen
    hugs. x x
