Wastefull flatmate, what should I do?

A few weeks ago I moved in with a new flatmate, and in most ways we get along fine, but the one slight problem is that she is quite wastefull and doesn't seem to understand the cost of things. If she is making a cup of tea she won't just boil enough water, but will fill the kettle right up to the top :eek: and she does…

And also, how much does her waste cost you each week? Again, post an answer.
