Anglian Windows - door to door guys swearing at customers

Of course if AW do "investigate" this complaint they will come back with one of several stock answers. Either this was an "isolated incident" or "that particular person is no longer with the company" or "we have instigated a training programme for those few employees who are falling short of our very high standards", or "this is not company policy" and the classic "lessons have been learnt from this incident".

These answers crop up regularly on such programmes as Watchdog and Rogue Traders when a company's shady practises are exposed. They actually don't mean a thing and are just a PR ploy and a damage limitation strategy.

I dont entertain any door to door salesman, I found out the last two I had early this year are liars, not this company though

One said council doing a survey on heat loss with thermal camera said can I agree for the council to take photo showing any potential heat loss then I get subtle sell on replacement of DG windows/doors as my old ones of 4-5 years may need replacing

Another said I live in a neighbourhood watch area (I dont) and by law they have to inform everyone on the street they are doing work and do I want my windows replaced? Lie 1, no neigh-hood watch area, lie 2 they wasnt working on our street its a small narrow cul de sack, lie3 you dont have to inform everyone.

Any leaflets I get get binned that includes Kleenzy and other crap

I think a phrase involving the words cut, nose, spite and face comes to mind about Archway.
