TV License - Paying 6 months in advance

I m on that payment plan i pay every 2 weeks £7.50 and i get ahead of my self you never get a rebate from them and if you have paid ahead and the license goes up theu whack it on the last payment ? so u never win with them we should all stand together and fight them and by the way have any one noticed how the bbc have been putting crafty adverts on the bbc channels ? or is it just me ?
