Thanks all - oh just tp put the icing on the cake - think ive been gettin overpaid by tax credits - got to do my annual review and i think ive been overpaid by about £1k !!!!! not sure but theres no point putting it off if i have - just bit peeved as DMP with CCCS has been figured with what i get in tax credits now - what happens if they go down and i owe them??

Hi SS - I see youve had a bank charges refund - well i started the ball rolling with RBS but got nowhere - can i ask them again for all the charges for the last 6 years and then go for the claim?
