Penny, can anyone start it off? I'm usually an early bird but have never started the thread

And we're off!
SUN- Roast Chicken / Yorkies / Roast Potatoes / Veg
MON- Cold Chicken / Cold Pasta Salad w/Peas & Bacon
TUE- Salmon Steak / HM Mushroom & Pepper Wild Rice / Veg
WED- HM Lasagna (from freezer) / Garlic Bread / Garden Salad
THU- Grilled Fresh Haddock Fillet / Garden Salad / Roll
FRI- Pork Chops / HM Stuffing / HM Apple Sauce / Veg
SAT- HM Cheeseburgers / Chips
I've stopped specifying "what" veggies as I always end up using whatever needs to be used first!

I've been trying to plan mine today, but struggled a bit, so i'll try and stick to it as much as I can.
Edit - changing this slightly as ended up at a farm shop yesterday and my dad bought me some bits and bobs that will need using
Won't make a huge difference as most of the original stuff is in the freezer
Saturday - leftover pasta bake from tonight
Sunday - my dad's taking me out for lunch, so no idea - had roast beef etc followed by banana cake at my grandma's
Monday - fish in parsley sauce with new potatoes + corn on the cob
Tuesday - [STRIKE]stuffing and lentil burgers with salad[/STRIKE] I have too many bread rolls, so will make up a vegi burger mix i've had in the cupboard for a while, never tried it before. Will have with salad
Wednesday - [STRIKE]chicken, leek and bacon mix with rice.[/STRIKE] I have an interview :j (2-3 hours ) so don't fancy cooking anything major. Vegi burgers again with salad
Thursday - not sure, staying at my sisters overnight, so will probably eat there
Friday - my birthday
Going out with my brother and sister and will be having a chicken dish in a creamy coconut sauce. Mmm! If they haven't got that, i'll cry
Saturday - [STRIKE]HM pizza. Not sure what yet, but have some jarred peppers to use[/STRIKE] Will make a huge batch of vegetable curry as got a massive marrow at the farm shop
Sunday - [STRIKE]chicken curry with rice[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Marrow[/STRIKE]

You can watch them make it on iplayer, as I did, too.
It does use lardon, so basically bacon, and sounds lovely. My sons love it with bacon, too so I thought I'd take a chance and do the slight tweek that they do.
Fun to ring the changes sometimes.
