why do we go from one crisis to another?

I think my post might have upset people and if it has I am sorry.
The point I was trying to make (not very well it seems) is that your outlook on life affects the way you react to things.
If your boiler breaks down you can either say "woe is me, another thing gone wrong, my life is crap" or you can say "oh well, it does get used and abused with all the washing machine/dishwasher/heating/bathing it makes hot water for. I need hot water so I need to repair the boiler, it just means I can't do XYZ for the next week or two".
I am not ashamed to admit I have been clinically depressed in the past. I get a bit down now and then but can now always get through the downs by appreciating what I have. I have a lovely girlfriend, a beautiful baby son and am in the position where I don't have to work full time. I am not well off but I am happy.0 -

turned into a bit of a debate! went i only wanted to vent how i felt! ooo errr!
believe me when i say that we have had to deal with and are still dealing with things that are alot worse than electrical items or bills and stuff coming in - ah well - its only money at the end of the day! these things are lifes up and downs!
but other things happen in life that make you wonder what are you doing here!Light Bulb Moment April 06
