I'd like to know when they are going to stop shafting their existing long term customers ..

They have been able to participate in all four 2009 switch incentives, all you/they had to do was hold an account elsewhere and have a DD/SO or 2 in the other account. ;) I do share your sentiments though. ;)

As I have already posted on the topic, the main thing (as the olympic slogan advises us) is to participate.
Then again, you had/have to have a VISA card with the FlexAccount... Perhaps this is what C_Mababejive refers to?
    iaye carramba!

Payout is within 8 weeks of the switch so earliest I would expect to see is about 7th December.

"11. The £50 payment will be made directly into your FlexAccount within 8 weeks of us completing your account
transfer including the transfer of your standing orders and Bill Payment mandates and advising your Direct
Debit companies of the change in your account details."

I doubt that after the latest published financial results they still offer the latest £50. Do they?

"This offer is available from 12 October 2009 to 29 October 2009. We reserve the right to end this offer at any
time. Applications made before the start of the promotion or after the promotion has ended will not qualify for
    this offer."
  • i was with the A/L before i changed to nationwide i beleive after a while (i dont know how long) i can get cash for going back with A/L which pays a lot better interest than nationwide
