Boots Threads Discussion

Hi everyone
We're still getting questions about the closure of the long-running Boots Grabbit threads so we've started a new thread on it so anyone asking can be pointed to this one for an explanation of our reasons.
Unfortunately we've had to deal with so many issues relating to these threads over the last year or so that we just can't spend that amount of time on it any more and need to focus on the MoneySaving aspects of the site and have been forced to put a stop to the long all-encompassing threads.
We gave many, many warnings in many of the long-running threads and in the end we just didn't want to deal with it any more, that's not what we're all about.
If you spot a bargain in Boots stores or on its website please post it in a new, individual thread, one for each bargain you've spotted, just as you would if you'd found one about Tesco, Amazon, Argos etc.
If it's a group of similar type bargains then that's fine to post them in one thread but any discussion must be on topic, about those bargains. If you have a different offer to discuss please start your own thread.
A very positive and helpful side effect of asking people to post deals individually is that we've been able to see some pretty good deals to look into for the weekly email, either ourselves or because people have been able to rate the threads (that wasn't possible on the long ones).
Thanks to everyone who's made a real contribution to all Boots discussion threads, it's very much appreciated and it would be great if you can carry on doing that in the individual threads.
Again, if you do see anyone questioning actions taken relating to this please do direct them to this thread.
Take care
Andrea
