Hi everyone,
I'm no longer a June 2011 brideWe've looked long and hard at the finances and realised that, unless we win the euromillions, we just can't afford the wedding in June. We can't really do it any cheaper than we have planned so we're putting it back a year to 2012. I'm a little sad about it but on the other hand I know we'll still be having the wedding we planned just a bit later which means we can save more and not have to borrow to pay for it. At least I can spread the excitment of planning out a bit longer and pick up lots more useful tips on here!
Good luck with the rest of your planning ladies!0 -
Good luck sparklylime. You will enjoy your day whenever you have it, and like you say, you can use the extra time to have an extra special wedding0

Hope you June brides are getting on well with the planning.
I have now booked the registry office (£110) and the local club for the evening (£150), have ordered invites (free from vistaprint!) and even ordered a dress (£95 from Coast)! so things going quite well and within budget!, just need to sort out DJ and food then can sit back and relax - until nearer the time!0 -

Glad everyone is doing well on here though.
