I think if you look at any of my previous posts it is quite apparent I am not spamming!!

It's a shame that when I read about a service on here that others have used and fed back positive things about and that I also had an excellent service I cant express how good it was....

No spam just simply feeding good things back...shame we have to explain ourselves when saying something good but no one questions when people slate companies!!!

Surely it can't be complete with the Local Authority, Land Registry and Water Co details in just two days?

Maybe not, but it can be enough to market the property, was for us.

Yes....got the EPC and land registry stuff, also the seller questionaire forms quite a bit of it which I completed yesterday.

The water searches and 2 other searches are still awaited but as the previous post states i have enough to market the property.

HIP is all attached via an e mail link and I have read it very thourough. I was the same did;nt believe it but my uncle who has been through the process had a look and said it looks as though everything I need is there:T

I'd like to see your statistics on exactly what percentage of cheap HIPS are incorrect so that people can make an informed decision.

There were no problems with my hip from HIPS4U either and for leasehold they were by far the cheapest at the time (January this year).

My view, even though I have been in the business, is get the cheapest you can that satisfies the silly legislation.

I am just selling one of my places and HIPs man came in the morning and enough emailed to my agent before end of same day to get marketing going. Ten days later the balance of stuff and the full pack all 116 pages.

Out of 150 or so HIPs i had seen and done the conveyancing on, most cheap HIPs have some mistakes.
