Its best to get coloured coded ones if you can afford too they look so much better0 -
Parking has nothing to do with "girlie hormones" its all about hand to eye co-ordination, and practice, if your bad at parking, pitch up at an industrial estate on a sunday afternoon, find two cones, and practice parking.
My fiance can park anywhere, and much to the amusement of the rally instructor, she can do a scandinavian flick better than the Finnish.
I think I wan't my other half to learn the scandinavian flick it sounds like fun, but can I keep my sock on?:eek:0 -

Not at all, that was good sound advice, if somebody cannot drive without sensors, driving lessons would help them overcome their shortfall in driving skills.;)0

I know times have changed since then - but apart from the parallel parking sessions that drove my instructor to despair (I've already admitted I'm lousy at that - managed perfectly in my test though), I had naff all in all the time I was learning to drive about parking. Passed my test, hogged the parents' car and pootled off to the local shopping centre, got to the carpark and was like... ok so how does that fit in there then?!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
