Just wanted you to know that I always enjoy reading your diary so don't feel it's ignored. Well done on a productive day:T
I don't think you need feel guilty keeping the ebay money, you'll be spending it on the girls one way or another anyhow (and keep nagging on at their father to contribute too:mad:)

Now you don't need me to tell you, you Queen of Procrastination, you must make a start on your coursework:p

Urghhh I have the energy of.....well, I don't know, the energy of something with no energy:rotfl::rotfl: Got home from work at 12.30 and have just laid about, blurghhhh. College work is on the back of my mind all the time, driving me mad, but I haven't the enthusiasm or drive to do it:o

NOthing much money wise...NSD here. Well, I did go and buy a set of tea/coffee/sugar cnisters, needed a new set for ages (the ones we have now were a wedding pressie:o)...but they're not the red colour I expected so are going back tomorrow for a refund! So I think I can call it an NSD;) DD2's worn out too, fell asleep on sofa at 4.30 and woke up (as it was dinner time) at 6.30, bless her.

SO, early night all round. Hoping not to spend any more money between now and tax credits on thurs...if I don't that'll be £100 saved this week:)

Well I felt awful yesterday - on monday night I woke up every hour feeling either freezing cold and shivering or boiling and sweating:o I did go to work as I hate hate hate ringing in sick...so I spent the morning in a haze, came home at 12 and went to bed;)

Feel much better today, had a better sleep last night. but, had to miss college today as DD2 feeling pathetic. She's had the chills/sweats on and off over the last few days too, so thought she'd better have a day off, while I don't have to go to work.

I have spent a few hours working on my assignment, it's coming on. Only a short one luckily. I'm going to see my tutor tomorrow - I need to know what to do, I doubt I'll get everything finished by JUune, so need to know what happend if I can't. I wondered about deferring and starting again in Sept....but as I'm only entitled to tuition fee funding for 1 year (due to studying before years ago), I don't know how it'd work.

Money wise....well I still have £95 left in my spending account, woohooo. And have £7.50 trousers to return to Tesco and the canisters to Argos, £7.99.....I think I've done well this week;) So will move the £95 to savings as Tax Credits go in tomorrow...ready for a new week.

Dinner is on - meatballs from the freezer and making a new batch of sauce...smells good:p

Well DD2 came home at 1 today - headache and feeling hot/cold...still!!!! They did have a busy weekend at their dad's so maybe that hasn't helped her.

I'm doing ok...trundling along. Did splash out and, after a lot of deliberation, buy the girlsw a trampoline. We did have one on our old house but I never put it up here as the garden's much smaller. DD1 been on and on at me to put it up tho, I ghave in but when I had a look at it, it's all rusty, the surrounding pad had fallen bits...so I've just bought a new one, coming on Friday. Plus it has an enclosure which the old one didn't and as this garden has a stone wall on one side and bushes on the other, I think they'll be safer with the enclosure.

What else?! Not a lot. Had a spend on the Body Shop online - lots of very cheap goodies, so have teachers end of year pressies and girls pal's birthdays sorted now....bargains!!

NOt much else to report - have sold a few bits on ebay and listed about 10things on Saturday.

Must go and get dinner on, jsut wanted to update;)

Also withdrew £10 from scratchcard site yesterday....at long last:beer:
DD2's in a little tired heap on the sofa....she's freezing but it's plenty warm enough in here:o Hoping I don't have to ring in work tomorrow, I hate doing it, but if she's not well, she's not well...can't help it!

I did hand in an assignment last week....only 2 months late:rotfl: My tutor's are great, they don't rush me at all. I'm concentrating on the essay that's due after the Easter hols - same deadline as everyone else. If I get that done, then I've only got another work based task to do and a 5min presentation that they have said to forget about for now. So, providing I can keep up with the essay, then I should be ok.

I rang the hospital about my op date - still nothing though:mad: I've been on the waiting list 8 or 9 weeks now - they aim to do ops within 13 weeks....that'd take me to the week of DD1's bday and DD2's SATs at school...not the best week for me eh?! But no doubt it'll take longer anyway, i won't be holding my breath;)

Ok, off to watch Secret Millionaire - maybe that'll be me one day:)

Hi LT - yes, girls can't wait for the trampoline, I think it'll get a lot of use. I just want dd1 (who's nearly 13), to get out of the house a bit more....she loves her gym and cheerleading so will spend plenty of time out in the garden doing handstands etc...the trampoline will be popular:p

Not spent today. Am doing atrociously on the NSD challenge this month, but don't actually think I've spent too much, just little bits and bobs have ruined NSDs!! Have a lovely stock of Body Shop goodies....am getting slightly obsessed with the site and the huge bargains I've had lately! Lots of sets of goodies for presents all stashed away....and a few yummy treats for me. Bought a load of the Body Butters as they were reduced to £3...from £12.50 - so fab presents and they just smell scrummy.

DD2 went to school today and seems ok again now...hope it lasts:) They are both all fed so time for a sit down before taking youngest to Guides at 7.15. Then my favourite evening spent on the sofa with eastenders then Holby City;)

Have college tomorrow...another week of doing no work, I annoy myself with my lack of ooomph sometimes! I see the work others have done and I really don't know what they do! I don't churn out reams of notes and just wonder what they do?! If I think too much about what I have to do work-wise before June I seriously panic....so best not to think too much:o:o

Whooops....a week gone by with no updating from me:o
I didnt go to college last week, was so tired. But I did do some work so not a complete waste of a day;) Still debating tomorrow - I have a book due to be delivered from Amazon and I want to get reading - it is a book for my next essay - so tempted to stay in and read.

Ex coughed up £200 on Fri - it hasn't been touched, and still got £25 of last week's tax ccredits....so if I can spend nowt tomorrow, which should happen, then I can transfer £225 to my saving account.....fabbbbby:p

DD1 and I enjoyed DD2's dance show last Thurs. We ate in KFC first, little treat. Also bought DD1 a couple of well needed tshirts....her wardrobe rather low....everything from last year gone to DD2!!

Stuff finishing on ebay today but no interest....shame, I thought a lot of it would go well:( Nothing much else going on money wise.

The trampoline arrived and went up on Saturday.....took me ages, but it was worth it!! My mum and stepdad came here and took the 3 of us out for a lovely meal on Saturday evening....we were all rather greedy! Trampoline was used well on Sunday - but it's rained since, girls not happy!!

1 more day of work left for me until the hols....woop woop, can't come fast enough!!

I weighed myself yesterday and had a shock - not been this heavy in years, am not impressed! I registered again with WW online a few weeks ago (worked out free after Quidco money;)). I've been very good yesterday and today....the shock of my weight yesterday has given me the motivation this time!!! So stuffed pasta and HM tomato sauce for dinner tonight....and still will have points for a yogurt and treat.

Must crack on with some reading for Uni - I say that, and do the reading, but don't do anything with it. I know full well I have the brains to do the course, but I have no study skills or self-organisation!! Other people do loads.....I honestly don't know what they do!!!

Day off today as DD2 not feeling too good - honestly, she has some bug that keeps reappearing, she felt sick last night and had sore tum and headache. So she's had a day on the sofa in her pjs and is now doing homework.

I had a book arrive from Amazon today that I had to order - eeeek, £33 it cost me, but used a Valued Opinions £10 voucher. I've had the book on hold from the Uni library - 2 were due back last week but they haven't been returned and I must read it to get my essay started! Figured that at least I can resell it afterwards...hopefully for a good amount! It's a good book too - all about 'learning to learn' - something I'm not good at!!

NSD today, not left the house - that's 3 in a row I think....still didn't hit my 14 target...probably because of the Body Shop orders I made...but at least I have loads of presents sorted and some yummy treats for myslef;);)

My Sky+ box finally gave up today, serves me right unplugging it and fiddling....but luckily, jsut before I bought one from ebay, I remembered my Mum doesn't use hers....so she said I can have it. I wanted to pay, but no, she's giving me it.....fab:p Luckily we had our very old original sky box up the attic, so have connected that - only got free channels through it but that's ok until we get Mum's at the weekend....as long as DD2 and I get to watch Masterchef tonight!

Tax Credits day tomorrow - I have moved the £200 from ex into savings...lovely that I haven't needed to spend it!

Off to read my ridiculously expensive book....it's only a paperback too, not even huge!!
