    Ebay were very slow to pull the listings so I emailed the british phonographic industry piracy department, they replied and within a short time the listings were pulled, although the seller now has more items listed. I don't understand why he wasn't banned:confused:

    I am sure he is scweaming and scweaming (I can't spell that with a lisp!) at the nasty wotten ebay people.

    at 3 quid each its not a great money spinner for him i guess. is there no way he can sell on ebay for 0 cost i.e 0.30p and postage and pack = cost?

    Then he'd be promoting with zero profit.

    That still wouldn't be giving them away and I suspect he is not doing this to promote the bands.

    How is it that ebay don't take action on this type of thing, all he's going to do is keep relisting everytime they get pulled. I don't undertsand why they don't ban..

    Once he gets enough listings pulled he will be banned due to seller perfomance issues. They are only calculated every few days, so he may have escaped a ban now but have one at the weekend when the stats are recalculated.

    This seller is still being allowed to trade, in spite of reporting the listings. They are not even getting pulled!

    A lot of his listings have been pulled. If you look at his DSRs he is probably in he red on his dashboard and appearing low in the searches. So wont be around for much longer
