Are these CDs breaking copyright?

One thing that really pi$$es me off with ebay is when I see a powerseller selling copyright infringed material.
No matter how many times I report them they seem to never get tugged.
Ebay make over £300 million per quarter, I'd imagine a lot of that are proceeds that come from black market goods.0 -
I have a friend whose young son is in the nusic industry and they make pennies on their tracks only. So stealing their music without paying for it rather makes me cross. OBviously some people will always think it is acceptable to cheat as they can't see the victims of their crime, but I would prefer to report these sellers.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Absolutely correct. I've reported serial bootleggers without success. It's quite shocking that a global company like this continues to profit from bootlegging and copyright theft.
If eBay were serious about combatting this sort of theft then they would implement the system that Amazon use where it is almost impossible to sell a CD or DVD which is not in their database.0 -

To me this seems dodgy and I am very tempted to press the report button, just wondering if there is any way it could be legit? I'm definitely not buying it! I love the terms and conditions he has provided, ha ha he'll take legal action if the auction is removed:p
Maybe if you report him to the record company you can get him sued for $4.5million!

Approx half the CDs I sell on ebay are not in the Ebay database. Unless it was once in the top 5 selling albums it just doesn't appear.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. That's tough. Apart from a few very old, obscure classical CDs everything I've sold on Amazon has been in their database so the information exists. It would seem that eBay are not accessing the comprehensive database.0 -

I think it's really important in times when the music industry is crumbling to ensure that artists get whatever they can from their creativity. It's ridiculous that people profit from what someone else has put their heart and soul into.
I don't think it is sad to report these people at all. You should be applauded!0
