Dizzie, did you see my earlier post about it, I also PM'd it to you, I thought that maybe PigsBack had got confused due to the following weeks massive leap, tho' they do seem to know that now judging by the e-mail you received.

The question was what sort of position will it enter the charts and you were correct.
If you entered before the 9th of April chart results, you won. No argument.

The only thing I can think that they're saying is that you entered after the 9th of April charts came out, they didn't know it had already entered and the option to bet on the following Sunday (16th) shouldn't have been there. (which i'm guessing is the case).

As you bet on that option in all good faith and it was a mistake on their part (they've admitted that in the e-mail by saying it had entered without them knowing) it'd be nice to think that they would still pay out as a goodwill gesture, tho' it's more likely that they'll just consider it an invalid bet :(

My piggybank shows the points where taken from my account on 8th April, so I really can't understand why they haven't paid out  the last email from Rachel said they'll be refunding bets made within one week but which week she didn't say  They're now admitting the song entered the chart at 19 and say they went off the following week, surely that's their mistake and I should still get my piggy points?

  • My friend has just tried ordering a CD Wow voucher from her account, firstly it came up saying she had to be verfied by clicking on the email they had just sent, she did this.

    Then it said "Account Validation

Even though you may have previously mobile validated your account with us, this step has been re-introduced for all members, as part of the Reward ordering process. This is in the interest of member account security and won't take long.

A validation code has been sent to your mobile phone (the phone which you successfully used previously for this account). When you receive the code, all you need to do is enter it in the space below. This will validate your account and complete the order process.

Remember, please be patient as it may take a minute or two for the code to be delivered to your phone!"

She doesn't have the phone she used for originally validating her account, she's just emailed Pigsback but was wondering if anyone else has had this?

She's had the account for ages & has ordered both CD Wow & High Street Vouchers on it before now so don't know why she has had to do this?

Yvonne, nearly everyone is having the info validated again. I mailed postmaster during the week as my number had changed, also submitted an enquiry, and eventually rang them to change it. Spoke to Darragh (lovely chap btw) who saw the email had not been read (they have been flooded with mails) and got it chased up. when I went to order the voucher after this, it went straight through.
  • I think I'll leave ordering mine for a while then to see if the backlog clears up, most of my friends/family have either upgraded or had to buy new mobiles cos they have lost them so hopefully this won't be a problem (I still don't know if I beleive my brother & his friend who say they lost theres in a toilet on a train - I don't think I want to ask anymore about that lol)
