Depending on who you have switched to, you may have been better using quidco as they give proper cash and usually mroe of it too.

But we've been through all this before, as has every other message board on the web, I should think!

This post would normally be followed by several more saying, "Well, I'd rather a post be duplicated a quintizillion times rather than miss a link." Well, don't bother - I've posted it, so no need for a duplicate.
